We are seeking an experienced and relationship focused Relationship Manager to join our growing Faith Practice team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with purpose-driven organisations, providing strategic guidance, risk management support and exceptional client service while contributing to the continued growth of one of Gallagher's most specialised sectors.

About the Role

As Relationship Manager, you will be the trusted adviser to a portfolio of faith-based clients, building long term relationships and ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs, provide risk management advice, monitor service delivery outcomes and identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships. You will also play an important role in growing Gallagher's presence within the faith sector through business development, networking and strategic relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with faith-based organisations
  • Conduct regular client meetings and provide valuable market, insurance and risk insights
  • Support clients in identifying, assessing and managing organisational risks
  • Monitor service agreements and insurer performance to ensure exceptional client outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with broking, underwriting and claims teams to deliver seamless service
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and win new business
  • Represent Gallagher at faith sector events, conferences and networking opportunities
  • Promote wellbeing and risk solutions that support clients' organisational goals and values.

About You

You are a relationship builder who thrives on creating meaningful client partnerships and delivering outstanding service. You enjoy understanding your clients' challenges and helping them find practical solutions. You will bring:

  • Experience in relationship management, preferably within insurance, risk management or professional services.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • A proven ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Experience supporting business development and client retention initiatives.
  • Commercial acumen and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders

Highly Regarded

  • Experience working with faith-based organisations, churches, schools or charities.
  • Knowledge of risk management and insurance solutions.
  • An understanding of the unique values and priorities of faith communities.
