ABOUT THE ROLE

Manage the localisation of the Moose brand portfolio for the Australian market including distribution lines specifically for Australia. Develop and implement local marketing programs to engage with Australian retailers and end consumers. Management of allocated brands, budget and communication to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute consumer and trade marketing plans for the brand portfolio and ensure alignment to overall company objectives
  • Manage the briefing and delivery of marketing assets including digital ads, META campaigns and other creative requirements to support brand objectives.
  • Maintain end-to-end ownership and understanding of the brand portfolio, partnering closely with global teams and proactively communicating product updates, changes and opportunities to sales teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategy, asset development and launch plans
  • Build relationships with key external agencies (media and social) to deliver campaigns to market
  • Support retail programs, range reviews and product sell-in for key accounts including face-to-face buyer presentations
  • Assist in the tracking and reporting of allocated brand budgets
  • Performance Analysis - Conduct pre and post brand performance analysis, along with regular market and competitive data analysis and report findings
  • Distribution strategy - in conjunction with sales team - core ranging, key retailers and exclusive opportunities.
  • Provides hands-on assistance at all major events, such as March Toy Fair and November Showings
  • Manage day-to-day administrative requirements for the marketing team, including maintaining pricing within internal systems, raising purchase orders, processing invoices and coordinating product and marketing mail-outs.

  • Ability to work autonomously but driven by being part of a wider team
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
  • Ability to communicate with impact and present effectively
