Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities with a range of different clients. You will also assist in identifying client needs, contributing to pre-sales activities, and building strong relationships with customers and Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior consultants in conducting needs assessments and gathering client requirements.
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts through networking, industry events, referrals, and cold outreach to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with clients.
- Leverage market insights, lead generation strategies, and targeted outreach to secure new accounts.
- Support the creation of compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Participate in client meetings and demonstrations to showcase Salesforce capabilities.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with Salesforce
- Maintain and update Salesforce (CRM) systems with sales activities and client information.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution post-sale.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as required.
About You
You are an accomplished sales professional with a proven track record of driving success in client engagements, particularly within the technology and Salesforce ecosystems. With 3+ years of experience in sales, including 1+ years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, you have honed your ability to identify, nurture, and close high-value opportunities that deliver impacting and measurable outcomes for clients.
You excel in strategic account management, leveraging your understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and relationship-building to engage and influence senior stakeholders effectively. Your ability to communicate complex solutions with clarity and confidence sets you apart as a trusted advisor in your clients' digital transformation journeys.
What You'll bring:
- 3+ years in an end to end sales role, ideally within the salesforce tech stack
- A history of surpassing sales targets and driving growth through strategic prospecting, tailored solutions, and expert deal negotiation.
- You have a knack for understanding client challenges and aligning innovative solutions to drive valuable outcomes and ROI.
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, navigating ambiguity while continuously refining your approach to deliver remarkable results.
