The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated Trainee Planning Coordinator to undertake a Cert IV in Project Management over a two-year program which will enable you to obtain industry skills and knowledge under the supervision of qualified and experienced professionals, while also attending TAFE to complete your certification. During the program, you will be a valued member of our team and will experience a variety of work environments within the electricity supply industry which will enhance your skills and career development opportunities. Trainee Location: Pakenham (x1) What You'll Be Doing Plan and oversee field-based activities, relating to time, cost, quality and safety criteria for planned and emergency situations Liaising and coordinating with field and depot teams to ensure organisational goals and performance targets are achieved Working across high / low voltage environments and becoming familiar with industry standard operating policies and procedures for electrical distribution systems Utilising SAP, Word, Excel and planning package systems What We're Looking For This is an exciting time for our industry and we would love to be able to share this journey with someone who is committed and eager to learn. When you complete the program successfully, you will have completed all competencies for a Cert IV in Project Management. To be considered for this role you will have: Strong planning and organisational skills Certificate II or III in Electrotechnology is desirable Industry experience desirable A good positive attitude and a willingness to work as a team will no doubt see you succeed in your new role Why Choose Zinfra?
