We're looking for a Maintenance Performance Officer to join us in a hybrid capacity - work from home and on-site either at our Keysborough, Mornington or Glen Waverley depots. Key Responsibilities include Process and issue Planned Maintenance work orders in SAP using provided templates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with KPIs Close out completed jobs and process claims, maintaining data integrity across systems and supporting financial reporting Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Preparation Coordinators and Planning Team Leader, keeping operations smooth and efficient Assist with purchase order management and general admin tasks, showing initiative and an eye for commercial detail Collaborate across teams to track, monitor, and improve work order quality, escalating risks and bottlenecks as needed Culture & Benefits Flexible & Hybrid working arrangements with multiple depot locations to choose Be recognised and rewarded through our Incentivise program Access to novated leasing, electric vehicle subscription options and corporate discounts on vehicle purchases $290 reimbursement for new employees to support working from home in the first 12 months Supportive team environment with a strong depot and social culture About You You're a natural organiser with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
