About the role: We are seeking a skilled and delivery focused Senior Analyst- Delivery Enablement and Advisory to join our Portfolio Management Office. This role provides specialist support in delivery, governance, and analysis to strengthen planning quality, delivery maturity, and consistent application of P3 standards across the Corporate Plan portfolio. You will play a key role in embedding delivery frameworks, supporting assurance activities, and driving continuous improvement across the PMO. Working closely with Principals, Managers, and delivery teams, you will help improve visibility of delivery performance, support structured decision making, and uplift organisational delivery capability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining analysis, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement to improve how complex initiatives are delivered. What the role will involve: Lead delivery reviews and readiness assessments, including health checks and deep dives, toidentifydelivery risks and readiness gaps Translate analysis into clear, options-based recommendations considering risk, value, cost, and delivery readiness Partner with project teams to support delivery Produce executive-ready dashboards, reports, and decision packs that simplify complex delivery information into clear insights Maintain delivery datasets, registers, and tracking tools to ensureaccurateand reliable performance information Apply P3 governance frameworks, templates, and tools to support consistent delivery practices Build strong working relationships with PMOs, Program/Project Directors, and delivery teams to support consistent practice Support alignment of portfolio, financial, and workforce data with Finance, Performance Reporting, and Strategy teams Support capability uplift initiatives through development of learning materials, coaching, and facilitation of training sessions Maintain and apply toolkits to improve planning quality, risk management, and delivery controls Key skills and experience: About you: Degree qualification in Business, Project Management, Data/Analytics or a related discipline Considerable experience in project,programor portfolio delivery in complex organisations Substantial experience preparing analysis,reportsand documentation to support delivery performance and decision-making Considerable experience applying or supporting delivery governance frameworks, projectcontrolsor assurance activities Confident interpreting delivery information toidentifyrisks,issuesand improvement opportunities Strong communicator with a collaborative working style and the ability to manage competing priorities Comfortable operating in environments with complexity and ambiguity Demonstrated attention to detail,accuracyand quality in deliverables Proactive learner with a strong commitment to improving delivery outcomes and organisational capability Apply: If you are interested in the above opportunity, please submit a covering letter and resume that best demonstrates your ability to meet the requirements of the role.
