About The Role This is a high-volume, phone-based sales role where you'll turn conversations into meaningful outcomes for older Australians and their families. As a Phone Sales Consultant, you'll work with warm leads - connecting with people who are exploring aged care for the first time or looking to change providers. Many of these conversations happen at moments of uncertainty or transition, so your ability to listen, guide and build trust quickly is key. You'll take the time to understand each client's situation, clarify their needs, and confidently guide them toward the right home care solution - helping them make informed decisions and take the next step. This role is more than sales - it's about supporting people through change and helping them access the care they need to live well at home. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing your pipeline and progressing clients with clarity, empathy, and confidence. Responsibilities include: Making high-volume outbound calls to warm aged care enquiries Building trust quickly with clients and their families, often in sensitive situations Understanding needs, clarifying options, and guiding clients to the right care solution Progressing conversations to clear outcomes (bookings, onboarding, next steps) Managing your pipeline end-to-end and prioritising across a large client load Handling complex conversations with empathy, professionalism, and confidence Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client transitions into care Keeping accurate records of client interactions and outcomes Location: This role is based in Melbourne. You can work from any of our offices -Tullamarine, Balaclava or Carrum Downs - with hybrid options available. About You You're deeply motivated by purpose and bring a genuine desire to help others. You have the confidence to engage with clients during moments of change and guide them through important decisions. You thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and can quickly absorb information and apply it in real conversations. You know how to build trust over the phone, read the situation, and move things forward with clarity and confidence. You balance empathy with outcomes - understanding each client's needs and guiding them toward the right solution. You're proactive, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, with the drive to continue learning and growing within a supportive, mission-driven team. Our ideal candidate will also bring: Experience in outbound, cold call, or high-volume sales environments Strong pipeline management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively A proven ability to balance empathy with results in a target-driven role Confidence handling fast-paced, high-pressure situations with professionalism Exposure to aged care, disability, health, or community services (highly regarded) Formal qualifications aren't essential - what matters most is your attitude, drive and heart Other role requirements: Australian working rights.
