Apply Job no: T4EED Adelaide CBD | Hybrid working | 12-month fixed term contract Project role supporting SAP integration, config & business transformation Be part of a business experiencing exciting growth | 2,800 employees, 200+ sites The Role: Adbri is embarking on an exciting period of growth and to support this journey, we're looking for an experienced SAP Business Analyst to join on an initial 12 month fixed term contract and help integrate newly acquired businesses into our existing SAP environment. You'll play a key role in delivering acquisition and integration projects, partnering with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement practical SAP solutions. While your primary focus will be Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM), you'll also work across Finance (FI) to ensure seamless integration across the SAP landscape. Key responsibilities: Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into functional specifications. Support the integration of newly acquired businesses into Adbri's SAP environment. Configure SAP SD and MM solutions, with an understanding of FI integration points. Identify configuration gaps and recommend standard SAP solutions wherever possible. Prepare functional specifications and work closely with developers to deliver enhancements and system changes. Load, validate and maintain SAP master data. Lead end-to-end testing activities including unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution and business sign-off. Manage the promotion of approved changes into production. Document functional specifications, business processes and change records. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver successful project outcomes. What We're Looking For: You're an experienced SAP Business Analyst with strong SD/MM knowledge who enjoys solving business problems, building relationships with stakeholders and delivering practical SAP solutions. You will also bring: Strong experience in SAP SD with exposure to MM and FI modules. Hands-on SAP configuration experience. Proven ability to gather business requirements and develop functional specifications. Experience working across integrated SAP environments, understanding impacts across multiple modules. Experience leading unit testing, UAT and production deployments. Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to challenge requirements and influence outcomes. Experience working across the full project lifecycle. Experience supporting SAP integration or mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects will be highly regarded.
