Your Impact

As our Vendor Replenishment Planner (Independents), you'll play a critical role in ensuring Asahi products are available when and where our customers need them. Acting as the key link between our Commercial, Customer Service, Planning and Logistics teams, you'll manage inventory and replenishment into Independent customers Distribution Centres nationally while building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and our customer.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage end-to-end replenishment into ALM Distribution Centres, ensuring inventory is maintained to meet customer demand.
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries and service performance, proactively identifying and resolving supply risks before they impact customers.
• Partner with Transport, Warehousing, Customer Service and Commercial teams to coordinate deliveries and improve service outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with Independent stakeholders, acting as the key point of contact for inventory, replenishment and service-related enquiries.
• Analyse inventory levels, open orders and service metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate product availability, supply risks and delivery updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support weekly reporting, S&OP meetings and ongoing supply chain initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying smarter ways of working and enhancing reporting and replenishment processes.

About You

You're someone who enjoys working with people just as much as you enjoy solving operational challenges. You thrive in a fast-moving environment, communicate confidently with a broad range of stakeholders and can effectively prioritise competing demands.

You'll ideally bring:

• Experience within Supply Chain, Replenishment, Inventory Planning, Customer Service or Logistics.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams.
• A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong analytical capability and confidence interpreting data.
• Experience using SAP, Excel or similar planning and reporting systems is highly regarded.
• A genuine customer-first mindset with the ability to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
