Senior Innovation Manager - RTD & Spirits

Your Impact

You'll lead the end-to-end innovation pipeline across RTD and Spirits, shaping what comes next for some of Asahi's most recognised brands including Hard Rated, Vodka Cruiser and Woodstock. From early idea through to launch, you'll bring new products to market that drive growth, challenge the category and connect with consumers.

This role will be offered as a 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover, providing the opportunity to step into a high-impact position within a fast-paced, commercially focused innovation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the RTD and Spirits innovation pipeline from concept through to launch and post-launch evaluation
• Identify new growth opportunities, translating consumer insights and trends into commercially viable concepts
• Partner with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Insights to deliver projects end-to-end
• Participate in the stage gate process, ensuring projects stay on track, within scope and aligned to business priorities
• Oversee agency and external partner relationships across concept development, design and research
• Influence senior stakeholders to secure alignment, investment and support for innovation initiatives
• Track performance of innovation projects, capturing learnings to continuously improve pipeline effectiveness

About You

• 8+ years' experience across innovation, brand or product development within FMCG or consumer goods, with a strong commercial lens
• A strategic thinker who can shape a clear innovation vision and bring stakeholders on the journey
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end projects, balancing pace, structure and quality to deliver outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to influence business decisions through strategic insight and commercial judgement
• Strong communicator who can bring together diverse teams, align priorities and keep momentum across complex projects
• Confident operating in ambiguity, able to test, learn and adapt quickly while managing risk
• Highly curious with a natural instinct to explore opportunities, build on ideas and continuously improve outcomes
