Ruah is looking for a proactive Corporate Partnerships Lead to grow our network of corporate supporters. You'll be responsible for finding new opportunities, building a qualified pipeline and converting leads into partnerships that help fund and strengthen our work with people experiencing homelessness, family and domestic violence, mental health challenges and poverty. About the Role As our Corporate Partnerships Lead, you'll help grow Ruah's non-government revenue by developing, managing and converting a strong portfolio of corporate partners, sponsors and workplace giving hosts. This role is ideal for a confident relationship builder who enjoys identifying prospects, opening doors, starting conversations and turning opportunities into sustainable, revenue-generating partnerships. Reporting to the Manager - Philanthropy, Partnerships and Advocacy, you'll support the Corporate Partnerships strategy, manage day-to-day partner relationships with autonomy, maintain a strong pipeline, prepare compelling partnership materials and help deliver engagement activities that create both income and impact. In this role, you will: Lead generation and pipeline Support the development and implementation of Ruah's Corporate Partnerships strategy Research, identify, qualify and prioritise prospective corporate partners, sponsors and workplace giving hosts Generate new leads through networking, referrals, market mapping, outreach and strategic relationship building Move opportunities through the pipeline from first contact to confirmed, revenue-generating partnership Partnership delivery Develop and maintain partnership collateral, including proposals for support, presentations and tailored partner materials Secure and coordinate corporate partnerships, sponsorships, workplace giving, donation drives, in-kind support, pro-bono services and volunteer opportunities Nurture existing corporate relationships through structured engagement and high-quality partner stewardship Reporting and stakeholder engagement Plan and deliver corporate engagement events, workshops, presentations and speaking opportunities in collaboration with internal teams Prepare partner performance and impact reports, and flag emerging opportunities or risks relevant to partnerships, funding or advocacy Maintain accurate CRM records, stakeholder mapping, lead activity, pipeline reporting and partner engagement plans using HubSpot or similar systems What we're looking for Proven experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship or fundraising Track record developing partnerships that generate funding and impact Strong written and verbal communication; confident stakeholder engagement Strong organisation skills; able to manage multiple priorities with autonomy Experience using a CRM (HubSpot or similar) to manage pipelines and reporting Tertiary qualification in Business, Philanthropy, PR (or equivalent experience) What do we offer?
