We're looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our growing Support Office team. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves organisation, enjoys solving problems, and wants to build a career in People & Culture. About the Role Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll be the go-to person for day-to-day HR administration across our corporate venues, franchise network, and Support Office. No two days are the same. One day you'll be onboarding new team members and updating contracts in TANDA, the next you'll be supporting managers with HR enquiries, coordinating compliance activities, or assisting with people projects and initiatives. What You'll Be Doing Providing first-level HR support and responding to people enquiries Preparing employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation Managing employee records and maintaining HR systems, including TANDA Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities Supporting recruitment administration and workforce planning activities Assisting with WorkCover and return-to-work administration Supporting policy updates, system improvements, and compliance initiatives Helping deliver employee engagement, recognition, and People & Culture programs About You You'll thrive in this role if you: Have experience in an HR Administration, HR Coordinator, or similar role Have excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail Can juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Possess strong communication skills and enjoy building relationships with people Have experience with TANDA or similar workforce management systems (desirable) Have an understanding of Australian employment legislation and Modern Awards (desirable) Why Burger Urge?
