The Opportunity

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to lead our Chadstone store — delivering standout customer experiences, energising a high-performing team, and driving strong commercial results. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to step up — you'll run the floor with confidence, take the lead in the Store Manager's absence, and build the skills to take a store of your own. If you love developing people and getting results, this one is yours.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Store Leader in driving sales and KPI results by leading from the floor and delivering exceptional, customerfirst experiences.
• Coach, motivate and develop the team through regular feedback, on the job training and role modelling Lorna Jane service standards.
• Maintain high operational standards by supporting stock management, VM execution and daily store routines.
• Live and breathe the Lorna Jane brand, inspiring the team and customers through Active Living advocacy both in store and within the local community.
