In this role you will act as a trusted business partner, delivering high-quality process analysis and Workday requirements to support large-scale transformation initiatives. This role will see you working across business and technology teams to design future-state processes, improve end-to-end experiences, and strengthen controls, risk management and operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis across Workday HCM (Absence, Payroll, Time Tracking and Expenses)
  • Elicit, document and validate current and future-state processes
  • Conduct impact and gap analysis to support decision-making
  • Develop process models, functional specifications and requirements traceability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver improved end-to-end experiences
  • Apply BPMN and enterprise process architecture standards, ensuring consistent modelling practices
  • Identify risks and issues, supporting mitigation planning and governance requirements
  • Partner with stakeholders to design fit-for-purpose solutions aligned to business needs and strategy


To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end process analysis within complex environments
  • Experience on large-scale Workday or SaaS HCM transformation programs
  • Strong knowledge of process frameworks (e.g. BPMN 2.0, APQC)
  • Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including working with senior leaders
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication capability
  • Experience across Workday HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking and Expenses (desirable experience)
  • Knowledge of frameworks such as BABOK, UML, business architecture/capability mapping
  • Experience with tools like ARIS, Jira, Signavio, Confluence
  • Background in financial services or regulated environments
