We have an exciting opportunity strategic, for an Enterprise-level Change Lead who will focused on organisational readiness, workforce transition, and the human side of AI.

You'll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure employees are brought on the journey with clarity, confidence, and trust as roles and ways of working evolve.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead the enterprise-wide change strategy for AI transformation
• Design and deliver communication, engagement and learning plans across the business
• Drive workforce readiness, adoption and cultural change to an AI-enabled environment
• Partner with executives and program leaders to embed change across all phases of delivery
• Establish governance, track adoption metrics and manage workforce transition risks
• Facilitate work redesign and capability uplift, ensuring the right balance of human and AI-driven work

To be successful in this role you will have the following experience:

• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide change programs in complex environments
• Strong background in people-led transformation, ideally across technology or AI initiatives
• Ability to influence and partner with executive stakeholders
• Expertise in communications, engagement and workforce transition
• A pragmatic, human-centred approach to change, with strong commercial awareness
