Role Description: Project Manager
Location : Melbourne, Australia
Salary: AUD 150,742- 171,215 Annual Gross
Please Note: - The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Liaison with client Product Owner/SMEs to gather functional requirements
- Participate in workflow analysis and business process analysis to identify and clarify requirements, current-future state identification and contribute to the redesign
- Constantly focusing on value-driven delivery, motivating the teams in delivering their commitment
- Liaise with all the connecting teams (scrum of scrums) to resolve dependencies and create the overall implementation roadmap
- Participating in Design Sprints
- Validate the functional design
- Help prioritize backlogs
- Ensure best design practices are followed.
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning to execution and closure.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive Agile, Scrum, or other delivery methodologies.

- 15+ years of project / program management experience, including leadership of large transformation programs.
