About the Role: Pre-Sales Consultant (Australia-based)
We're seeking a people-focused, results-driven sales professional to join our Contact Centre team in Dandenong South. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our international customers, guiding them through their relocation journey and ensuring a smooth, high-touch experience from quote to move.
What's Involved?
Following up promptly on customer inquiries and quote requests
Qualifying leads and scheduling in-home pre-move inspections
Managing customer relationships from enquiry to final sale
Preparing and sending accurate quotes
Entering move details into our systems with precision
Following up within 48 hours to close sales — including price negotiations within approved margins
Coordinating services with internal teams and external vendors
Promoting the Allied brand using brochures, presentations, and product info
Keeping a well-organized daily schedule of activities and appointments
