We have an opportunity for a Learning & Development Partner to join our Leadership, Learning & Talent team on a permanent full-time basis. In this role, you'll help deliver core learning programs across Asahi, including business fundamentals and Managing at Asahi, while also contributing to the design, refinement and evaluation of learning experiences that make a real impact.

This is a role for someone who loves facilitation, understands the end-to-end learning cycle, and can bring curiosity, structure and energy to a fast-paced environment. You'll work with existing programs and frameworks, while having the opportunity to continuously improve content, sharpen the learning experience and ensure our programs are delivering against clear outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitating high-quality learning experiences across Asahi
  • Supporting the diagnosis of learning needs and identifying the problem we're solving
  • Delivering existing programs and refining content where there is opportunity to improve
  • Evaluating program effectiveness against agreed success measures
  • Working autonomously and navigating ambiguity in a complex, fast-moving environment
  • Partnering with stakeholders across the business to support learning outcomes

About You

  • Strong experience in learning facilitation, L&D, leadership capability, talent or culture roles
  • Confident delivering programs directly, not just coordinating external providers
  • Curious, proactive and passionate about helping people learn
  • Comfortable working autonomously and solving problems through complexity
  • Able to bring high standards, warmth and care to learner experiences
  • Experience in learning design would be highly regarded
