The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our Perth team. This is a true generalist role where you will partner with leaders to deliver impactful people solutions across the full employee lifecycle.

You will play a key role in driving performance, engagement, wellbeing and inclusion while supporting organisational change and building leadership capability. You will also be joining a supportive and collaborative team with a genuinely strong culture where your ideas are valued and your impact is visible.

Based in our Osborne Park office, this is a great opportunity to step into a high-performing environment where you will have genuine visibility and influence across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support
  • Coach and develop managers to build high-performing teams
  • Manage complex employee relations matters with confidence
  • Drive initiatives across performance, engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion
  • Support organisational change, workforce planning, and transformation
  • Lead talent, succession planning, and development activities
  • Partner on recruitment to attract and retain top talent
  • Support reward processes including benchmarking and pay reviews
  • Drive consistency in employee experience and HR practices

What You Will Bring

  • Proven experience as a HR Business Partner
  • Strong generalist HR capability across the employee lifecycle
  • Solid knowledge of Australian employment law
  • Experience managing complex ER matters
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and coaching ability
  • Commercial mindset and ability to drive outcomes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
