In this role, you will: Ensure an up to date knowledge and skill is maintained to meet the needs of the haemodialysis patient. This will be evidenced by participation in an annual skills and knowledge review/assessment Maintain current best practise for haemodialysis nursing Attend MHKCS in-services and online learning opportunities to foster ongoing education in the haemodialysis field Ensure knowledge of YH Dialysis & MHKCS haemodialysis specific policy & procedures Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care Perform assessments and develop individualised care plans Work alongside allied health professionals to achieve the best outcomes Use critical thinking in a dynamic clinical environment For full list of responsibilities, please refer to the attached position description below.
