Contact Centre Agent

Looking for a role where you can make a real difference while enjoying genuine work-life balance? Our busy Miranda clinic is on the lookout for a full-time Contact Centre Agent to join our supportive team.

Work Monday to Friday with shifts between 7:45am-6:00pm, plus enjoy flexible rostering options including a 4-day work week or 9-day fortnight to suit your lifestyle.

Located in the heart of the Shire, you'll be just moments from beautiful beaches, Westfield Miranda, cafes, gyms, and excellent public transport.

What you'll be doing

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience by:

• Answering calls and emails to coordinate and book complex appointments.
• Providing compassionate, patient-focused support over the phone.
• Working collaboratively with the Contact Centre team to achieve service targets.
• Building strong relationships with clerical teams, technical staff, referrers and radiologists.
