Medical Receptionist
In 2026, I-MED Radiology's clinic network expanded across the Sydney Metropolitan Region following the acquisitions of Radiology Group, High Street Medical Imaging and Emerton Medical Imaging located Sydney's West.
The role is a full-time position, working 8 hour shifts between 6:45am-10pm Monday to Friday, with optional Saturday shifts available.
Role Overview:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures - private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
Relevant reception experience.
Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
