Marshall White is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Property Management Assistant to join our Property Management team on a casual basis. About the role

In this varied role, you will support the Property Management team across a range of administrative and operational tasks. Duties will include property inspections, open for inspections, tenancy application processing, lease documentation, rental enquiries, condition reports, and assisting with bond and rent related tasks.


You will also assist with pre-vacating inspections, ingoing and outgoing condition reports with photos, rent reviews, and general team support as required. The role will suit someone who is proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently while maintaining a strong focus on detail and service.


Key responsibilities

  • Conduct property inspections and open for inspections as required.
  • Process and support tenancy applications and lease documentation.
  • Respond to rental enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with rent, bond, and lease setup processes.
  • Complete condition reports, including ingoing and outgoing reports with photos.
  • Support rent reviews, pre-vacating inspections, and bond claims where required.
  • Attend department meetings and training sessions as directed.



About you

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • An Agent's Representative/Real Estate qualification.

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and a willingness to learn.
  • A professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Drivers License, reliable vehicle
