What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Team Member based at our Ormeau site, you'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient and safe handling of products across our operations. Working in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment, you''ll support the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse while maintaining safety and quality standards

Multiple rosters and shifts available: Flexible working between Monday - Saturday across AM and PM starts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load and unload freight, stock, and materials safely and efficiently

  • Accurately receive, inspect, and store food and non-food products

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and quality

  • Check incoming and outgoing goods for damage, discrepancies, or contamination

  • Label, sort, wrap, and repack products as required

  • Safely stack and store inventory in designated warehouse locations

  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment at all times

  • Support inventory counts and stocktake activities

  • Follow all workplace health and safety procedures, including working in cold storage conditions

  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive team culture

  • Assist with general warehouse duties and other tasks as required

What Experience and Education You Need

  • We're looking for reliable and motivated individuals who thrive in a hands-on environment. You will bring:

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential)

  • Forklift licence

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and overtime when required

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others

  • Basic computer skills for inventory and warehouse systems

  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
