LET’S EXPLORE THE ROLE
This is a rare opportunity to lead a critical transformation program at BAI Communications, delivering a new ServiceNow ITSM platform to replace a legacy environment supporting a 24/7 national broadcast network.
You’ll own delivery end-to-end—partnering with a leading implementation vendor, guiding internal teams, and ensuring seamless integration across ITSM, monitoring, CMDB and operational systems. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong governance, decision-making, and the ability to navigate a technically complex environment with confidence.
Working closely with project stakeholders, you’ll translate delivery progress into clear, actionable insights while maintaining trust across technical and operational teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full lifecycle delivery of the ServiceNow Modernisation project —from discovery through to go-live and hypercare (ITSM delivery, monitoring system uplift and integration)
- Lead and govern the implementation partner, ensuring accountability to milestones, quality and deliverables
- Manage scope, risks and dependencies across integrations, data migration and transition planning
- Provide leadership to internal delivery resources and subject matter experts across IT and operations
- Drive stakeholder engagement, including executive reporting and steering committee updates
- Oversee discovery, design and configuration to ensure business and operational requirements are met
- Coordinate testing, UAT and go-live readiness, protecting 24/7 operational continuity
- Maintain robust governance practices including RAID logs, reporting and change control
- Support transition to BAU and ensure sustainable platform ownership post-implementation

You’re a delivery-focused Senior Project Manager who thrives in complex, high-stakes environments and brings a track record of leading large-scale ITSM or ServiceNow programs.
Technical Capability & Experience
- Demonstrated delivery of multiple ServiceNow implementations in a project leadership capacity
- Strong grounding in ITIL and IT Service Management frameworks, with the ability to apply them in real-world operating environments
- Deep experience managing third-party vendors, ensuring performance against contractual outcomes
- Proven ability to manage risk, scope and governance across large transformation programs
- Experience delivering projects within 24/7 or operationally critical environments such as telecommunications, broadcast, utilities or infrastructure
- Skilled in hybrid delivery approaches, combining structured planning with adaptive execution
- Confidence working across system integrations, including API-based environments, monitoring platforms and enterprise systems
- Practical knowledge of data migration, testing coordination and go-live transition management
- Financial oversight experience across project budgets, reporting and forecasting
