Our VIC branch is looking for a hands-on Site Leading Hand to join our projects delivery team and be responsible for:

  • leading by example and managing the installation of audio-visual systems on construction and client sites
  • coordinating and delegating tasks to our onsite teams and trades as well as doing the work alongside them
  • meeting work health and safety requirements
  • complying with our quality assurance standards that our clients have come to expect from us.


Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • come from a Services background; data, electrical or audio visual
  • have experience with leading teams on Construction sites
  • be comfortable leading a team AND doing the work with them
  • have experience with the use of power tools for commercial cabling and equipment installation
  • like the variety of different work sites
  • showperseverance by seeing projects throughfrom conception to successful conclusion
  • have a great work ethic, a can-do attitude and strong communication skills.
