Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by identifying and developing new customer and project opportunities
  • Liaise within theBranch and global network, ensuring a consistent business approach
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and account development plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams and the global network to maximize business opportunities
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and business development activities
  • Maintain an effective project andcustomer management plan that includes a formalized review structure andbusiness plan for each client on an ongoing basis to ensure maximization of allbusiness offerings
  • Prepare and manage quotations, RFQs, customer reports, and sales analyses
  • Maintain accurate customer records, CRM updates, and business databases
  • Monitor and report on performance against targets, KPIs, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, health & safety, and environmental standards
