The role

Reporting to theDirectorEducation Programsyou'llsupport the growth of QTCEducationbyleading marketing campaigns and events, while ensuring smooth day-to-day program delivery. Your work will help drive participation, enhance experience, and expand agrowingeducationservicesupporting Queensland Government clients.

QTC Education delivers open,customand large-scale training solutions across the public sector-supporting learners from policy leaders to finance teams.

QTC Educationcontributes to a more capable public sector through serving learners at multiple levels: policy decision makers, budget holders, asset managers, and finance and procurement teams.

Whatyou'lldo:

Marketing & communications

• Deliver targeted campaigns to drive course uptake

• Maintain website content,eDMsand promotional collateral

• Ensure brand consistency across all materials

Events & delivery

• Coordinate events,webinarsand conferences end-to-end

• Managelogistics,promotionand reporting

• Represent QTC at key forums

Stakeholder & operations

• Act as a key contact for clients,vendorsand internal teams

• Support program operations, participantdataand reporting

• Assistwith financial admin and continuous improvement initiatives

About you

• 3+ years' experiencein a similar role bringing exposureacrossmarketing, communications&events

• Strong campaign delivery and stakeholder engagement skills

• Highly organised,proactiveand comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with digital tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Campaign Monitor, Canva)
