We have an opportunity for a Supervisor who will lead our service coordinator team through planning, coaching and guiding them to ensure the highest levels of service are maintained.

About You
You are an experienced Supervisor with a passion for transportation and helping others, including customers and your own team. This is an opportunity to build a world class customer assistance service!

Your strong technical knowledge of the trucking and/or transport industry you enjoy sharing your experience with others to help diagnose and resolve problems over the phone and know how to get the best out of your team.

With a leadership style that is both confident and reassuring you are able to work with customers to help them through difficult situations where they require expert assistance and you are able to effective empower and delegate to others to ensure that support is provided in a timely manner.

Your strong case management skills allow to work with your team through peaks and troughs of calls for assistance and you are able assess and determine what action is required based on the feedback from customers who contact you and your team.
