About the role: Join Zinfra Projects as a site-based Project Manager leading the delivery of critical transmission line infrastructure. Working on a roster and embedded on site, you will take end-to-end accountability for safely delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards, while meeting client KPIs and commercial targets. This role is eligible for the maximum allowable site-based uplifts in accordance with Table 1 of the ATO's site-based remuneration guidelines. You will drive day-to-day execution, lead multidisciplinary teams, and influence contractor performance to achieve key project milestones. You will bring strong project management expertise across engineering, procurement and construction, coupled with sound commercial and governance knowledge. Success in this role requires exceptional stakeholder engagement, the ability to build high-performing teams, and a proactive approach to risk, safety and continuous improvement. You will manage forecasting, cost control and variations, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, authorities and delivery partners. If you're results-driven and thrive in complex infrastructure environments, this is an opportunity to deliver meaningful outcomes with Zinfra Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Managing the safe, end-to-end delivery of transmission line projects in line with client requirements, KPIs and financial targets Leading, coaching and developing multidisciplinary teams and contractors to drive performance and engagement Overseeing site-based construction activities, ensuring work is progressing to programme, scope and quality standards Monitoring and influencing contractor performance to achieve key milestones and delivery outcomes Managing project financials, including forecasting, cost control, variations and margin improvement opportunities Identifying, assessing and mitigating project risks while ensuring compliance with governance and HSEQ requirements Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, authorities, consultants and delivery partners Driving continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery, processes and team performance Ensuring effective communication, reporting and stakeholder engagement to support successful project outcomes About you: To be selected for interview your resume should demonstrate proven experience delivering complex transmission or infrastructure projects end-to-end, strong capability managing site-based construction on rostered work environments, and a track record of achieving safety, time, cost and quality outcomes while leading multidisciplinary teams and contractors. It should highlight commercial acumen including forecasting, cost control and variations management, alongside effective stakeholder engagement with clients, authorities and delivery partners. Evidence of driving performance, managing risk and ensuring governance and HSEQ compliance will be highly regarded, demonstrating continuous improvement mindset and alignment with organisational values Ensure your resume shares details of: Demonstrated experience delivering transmission, utilities or major infrastructure projects from planning through to completion Proven experience managing engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) teams in a site-based environment Relevant qualification such as Diploma, Cert IV or Degree in Project Management, Engineering or related field Strong commercial experience including budgeting, cost control, forecasting and managing contract variations Track record of leading teams and contractors to achieve safety, programme, quality and financial targets Why you should work for us What we do matters.
