What does the job look like?
As a Project Coordinator, you will support the delivery of operational transformation projects across Linfox's network. Working within our dedicated Commercial Projects team, you will play a key role in coordinating customer implementations, improving operational capability, and supporting future-ready operational sites.

Key responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end delivery of operational and transformation projects
- Coordinate project governance, reporting, timelines and stakeholder activities
- Engage cross-functional stakeholders to structure and drive project outcomes
- Assist with customer implementation and onboarding initiatives
- Contribute to network transformation and automation projects
- Identify risks and resolve issues in fast-paced, evolving environments
Are you the one?
You are a structured and adaptable Project Coordinator who thrives in complex operational environments and enjoys working on business improvement and transformation initiatives.
You can demonstrate:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline
- Experience coordinating projects within logistics, supply chain or complex operational environments
- Exposure to business improvement, transformation, or customer implementation projects
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve challenges in dynamic, unplanned situations
- Proven involvement across the full project lifecycle, from requirements through to delivery
- Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to influence and build alignment
