About the role and where you'll be working: Juniper Guwardi Ngadu is a small facility with 12 newly renovated shared rooms all with ensuites providing Individualised support through our person-centred care approach to our residents. Located in the heart of Fitzroy Crossing, Juniper Guwardi Ngadu has an amazing outdoor spaces hold a special significance. The home provides individually tailored and culturally appropriate care, with dining and living spaces thoughtfully designed outside, so residents can enjoy close connection to country. In this role, you will assess residents' clinical needs, coordinate care with healthcare professionals, and implement and review person-centred care plans. You will also provide guidance to care staff and help ensure high standards of clinical care for residents. We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse who is passionate about aged care and committed to delivering safe, high-quality care. This is a permanent fulltime contract working a mix of morning, afternoon and nightshifts (depending on rostering needs). Key Responsibilities: Conduct clinical assessments and respond to changes in resident health and wellbeing Develop, implement and review person-centred care plans in partnership with residents and their families Administer medications and provide clinical treatments in line with professional standards Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to care staff Liaise with GPs, allied health professionals and external providers to coordinate resident care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reporting Support AN-ACC assessments and ensure accurate clinical documentation Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, policies and best practice Participate in infection prevention, risk management and quality improvement initiatives Key Requirements: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse 2+ years' experience as an RN in an aged care setting (or equivalent) Strong clinical assessment and care coordination skills Ability to guide staff in wound and diabetes management Sound understanding of medication systems Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills What's on offer: Hourly rates from $46.48 per hour + 25% casual loading Salary Package up to $18,550 per annum tax free Juniperks: an online platform that unlocks exclusive retail discounts, employee perks, wellness initiatives and peer acknowledgement $5 Regional Allowance + $5 Accommodation allowance (conditions apply) Subsidised accommodation and relocation assistance Relocation Support: For those relocating to regional Western Australia, we offer support with flights and initial accommodation to ensure a smooth transition.
