Employment with Mid North Coast LHD requires candidates to hold a valid authority to work in Australia (Aust Work Rights Visa).

What you'll be doing
Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.

About You
You present yourself as a capable, adaptable clinician who brings strong professional grounding and a calm, coordinated presence to community care. You're described as someone who holds current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, applying your nursing expertise confidently in diverse community settings. You demonstrate sound clinical judgement, using problemsolving skills to maximise patient outcomes while navigating the complexities that often arise in homebased and community environments.

Your communication style is clear, respectful and effective, supported by strong written, verbal and interpersonal abilities as well as competent use of clinical technology. You're able to plan and coordinate care seamlessly within multidisciplinary teams, keeping patient goals at the centre of every decision. You understand how to support clients with complex needs, balancing autonomy, safety and continuity of care. With a valid NSW driver's licence, you're equipped to deliver flexible, responsive services across the community, meeting people where they are and ensuring their care remains consistent, connected and outcomefocused.

Salary will be accordance with NSW Health State Awards for the advertised classification/s. These awards are available at http://www.health.nsw.gov.au/careers/conditions/pages/default.aspx.
