About the Role
Based in our Karratha, WA village, this Head Chef opportunity is ideal for a strong senior chef looking to step into a leadership position within a supportive and structured environment.
You will:
- Lead a smaller, close-knit kitchen team in a hands-on capacity
- Balance day-to-day kitchen operations with administrative responsibilities
- Manage rosters, ordering, stock and budgets
- Drive food safety and HACCP compliance
- Mentor and develop your team while building your own leadership capability
This is a development-focused role, designed for chefs who are ready to step up and grow.
What We Offer
- Salary from $112,114 + super + $10K bonus annually
Roster: 14:7 | 10-hour days
- FIFO from Perth
- All meals and accommodation provided

About You
- Cert III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
- Hands-on chef with leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in high-volume or bulk catering
- Exposure to rostering, ordering or kitchen cost control
- Strong team player with a growth mindset
- Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
- Valid WA C Class Drivers License
