Cleaning Operations Supervisor - QLD West
City FM Australia is seeking a proactive Cleaning Operations Supervisor for a permanent full-time role. In this handson leadership position, you will manage cleaning services across multiple Early Learning Centres, overseeing a team of cleaning professionals, ensuring compliance with high standards, and driving operational excellence through audits and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cleaning services across 54 Early Learning Centres across Western Queensland, ensuring compliance with schedules and specifications
- Conduct regular audits and site visits to maintain cleanliness standards and identify improvements
- Achieve KPIs related to service delivery, cleanliness, and budget targets
- Build strong relationships with Centre Directors and stakeholders
- Train and onboard new team members in day-to-day operations and OH&S
- Ensure compliance with OH&S requirements and company policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience
- Certificate IV Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations Management) – of benefit but not essential.
- Strong customer service and team management skills
- Problem-solving, analytical, and project management expertise
- Full driver’s licence (essential)
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Willingness to obtain a Police Check and Blue Card
