We're looking for a superstar Food and Beverage Supervisor with a passion for quality and great leadership skills to join our team based in Pyrmont working for a worldwide tech company! The ideal candidate for this role will ideally have experience across multi venue catering in a similar role or a team leader ready for the next step in their career.
THE POSITION
- Assist with the organising front of house team for daily service
- Supervising and leading the team of food and beverage attendants and Baristas in all areas such as; training & development, and delivering high quality and exceptional customer service
- Ensure Food Safety Practice is followed
- Organise rosters as per operational requirements
- Financial reporting, including cash management and stock control
THE PERSON
- Experience in a fast-paced/multi outlet hospitality environment
- Barista, Events/Functions and Bar experience in a leadership or management role (2 years)
- Strong Occupational Health and Safety focus
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong work ethic - willing to learn and be a part of a fast-paced dynamic team and able to motivate and lead the team
- Passion for food & beverage service and guest engagement - always seeking to find the YES in every situation
- A hands-on approach with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Current RSA
