Allrounder/ Driver

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

We are seeking a reliable and selfmotivated Allrounder/Driver to support site & linen operations located Beverley, South Australia. This is a handson role involving camp distribution, local driving, and timecritical tasks.

• Full-time salary: $88,618 + Superannuation
• Roster: 14 days on / 7 days off
• Hours: 11-hour shifts
• FIFO from Adelaide

The Position:

This is a multi-functional role where no two days are the same. Duties include:

• Driving passengers to and from the airstrip and mine site
• Completing site rubbish runs using a garbage truck, including:
• Collecting and replacing wheelie bins
• Sorting, washing, and organising linen in the onsite laundry
• Delivering clean linen and collecting dirty linen from accommodation rooms
• General cleaning of common areas
• Housekeeping duties across the site when required
• Refilling gas bottles as required
• Supporting general site operations as needed

The Person:

• MR Manual Driver's Licence (essential)
• Forklift Licence (essential)
• National Police Clearance
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and meet daily schedules
• Good physical fitness for manual tasks
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude
• Truck driving experience (highly regarded)
