About the Role

The Senior People & Culture Advisor provides expert, hands on people and culture support to operational leaders within a complex and highly regulated care environment. The role has a strong focus on employee relations and partners closely with leaders to deliver practical, compliant, and people centred outcomes.

This is a hybrid role and will involve working closely with Homes and operational teams, the Senior People & Culture Advisor delivers day-to-day support across general people matters, builds leader capability, and contributes to a positive, respectful workplace culture aligned with Regis values and care standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and handson support across complex employee relations matters, including misconduct, grievances, wellbeing, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
  • Manage endtoend investigations, ensuring matters are handled fairly, consistently, and in line with Fair Work legislation, Enterprise Agreements, and organisational policy.
  • Interpret and apply Statebased Enterprise Agreements to resolve queries relating to pay, entitlements, and employment conditions.
  • Prepare clear, accurate documentation to support employee relations outcomes and mitigate organisational risk.
  • Partner closely with Homes and operational leaders to deliver daytoday people support and build leadership capability.
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful workplace culture aligned with organisational values, care standards, and compliance requirements.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience managing complex employee relations matters within a regulated or industrialised environment, including investigations and disciplinary processes.
  • Aged care, healthcare or similarly regulated sectors experience advantageous.
  • Strong, applied knowledge of Fair Work legislation and Statebased Enterprise Agreements, with confidence navigating interpretation, risk, and compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead endtoend ER processes, producing clear, defensible documentation and outcomes aligned to policy and legislation.
  • The confidence and credibility to coach and challenge leaders through difficult people decisions, balancing fairness, risk mitigation, and operational realities.
  • Sound judgement, resilience, and a pragmatic mindset, with the ability to remain solutionsfocused in emotionally charged and timecritical situations.
