Payroll Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a growing team in Adelaide. This role is ideal for a payroll professional with extensive experience managing end-to-end payroll operations, payroll systems administration, and supporting payroll transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain payroll system data and documentation
• Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements
• Complete month-end and year-end payroll activities, including superannuation and payroll tax
• Support payroll system implementation, testing (UAT), data migration, and process documentation
• Prepare payroll reports and respond to payroll-related enquiries
• Assist with Kronos system administration and continuous process improvements

About You:

• 10-12 years' payroll experience in a medium to large organisation
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, Awards, Enterprise Agreements, superannuation, and payroll tax
• Experience with payroll systems such as CHRIS21, SAP, and/or Kronos (highly regarded)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in payroll projects, system implementations, and process documentation
