An established and growing property business is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen its South East Queensland network and drive new business through strategic referral partnerships.

This is a relationship-focused role suited to someone who enjoys developing long-term commercial partnerships rather than high-volume transactional sales. You will work closely with referral partners, guide opportunities through the sales process, and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, proactive and thrives on creating opportunities.

The Role

  • Develop and grow referral partnerships across South East Queensland
  • Build relationships with key industry stakeholders and referral networks
  • Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to signed contract
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently generate new business
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an outstanding client experience
  • Represent the business professionally at industry events and networking functions

About You

You will have experience in one or more of the following industries:

  • Property
  • Real Estate
  • Investment Property
  • Building & Construction
  • Finance or Mortgage Broking
  • Business Development or Relationship Management

You will also demonstrate:

  • Proven business development and sales success
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills
  • Confidence negotiating and closing opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A self-motivated, commercially focused approach
  • An established network within South East Queensland will be highly regarded
