Delaware North Australia is hiring Project Lead, Marketing on a 6-month contract based in our Head Office, Docklands. As Project Lead, you will be a critical support in delivering one of our most exciting customer initiatives, the rollout of a new loyalty program designed to enhance engagement, retention, and value across our Gaming business.

What you will do?
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major loyalty program, ensuring execution is on time, on budget, and aligned to scope
- Translate strategic objectives into project plans, milestones, and delivery frameworks that drive successful outcomes
- Drive collaboration across internal teams and external partners to deliver key program initiatives
- Design and optimise loyalty mechanics, customer journeys, and engagement strategies using data and insights
- Integrate the loyalty program into broader marketing campaigns, promotions, and communications across channels
- Monitor performance, provide stakeholder reporting, and identify opportunities to enhance delivery, processes, and customer outcomes
More about you
- Experience in marketing, loyalty, CRM, or project delivery, ideally within hospitality, gaming, or a customer-led environment
- Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional projects from concept through to launch
- Strong understanding of customer engagement, retention strategies, and loyalty programs
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams
- High attention to detail, commercial mindset, and a results-driven approach
- Confidence working in fast-paced, high-volume environments with multiple priorities
This position can be based in Darwin or our Docklands Head Office.
