Change Manager
This role will play a crucial part of the UNITE team. UNITE is our business-led, tech-enabled transformation, and a key priority for the Group. - Location: Sydney based role, also open to Adelaide location
- Duration: 9-10 month opportunity
- On-site Requirement: 3 days in the office per week
- Why On-site? This is a highly collaborative position involving regular face-to-face workshops and close team interaction, making in-office presence essential.
What's the role?
As a Change Manager, you will support the delivery of end-to-end change approach for a key element of the UNITE transformation, ensuring business impacts are clearly understood and effectively managed. You will work across program, business, and support teams to drive stakeholder engagement, support readiness activities, and enable successful adoption and embedment of change outcomes within a complex, fast-paced environment.
Additionally, you'll partner closely with delivery, operations, technology, risk, governance, and business stakeholders to navigate interdependencies and support coordinated implementation. You will translate change impacts into practical actions, manage risks and issues, track readiness and adoption indicators, and produce governance reporting and artefacts to support decision-making.
You will execute change planning aligned with program milestones, support leaders and teams through transition, and ensure change interventions are practical, business-focused, and responsive to evolving program needs.
What do I need?
- Strong experience delivering change management across large-scale enterprise transformations or complex programs.
- Proven capability in end-to-end change activities, including impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, and business readiness.
- Ability to effectively collaborate across business, program, and support functions in highly complex environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence preparing materials for senior leaders and governance forums.
- Experience working within regulated or risk-managed environments, with an understanding of compliance considerations.
- Solid understanding of internal delivery frameworks, governance processes, and enterprise stakeholder networks.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to drive alignment and support successful change outcomes.
