The Role
We're looking for a Software Developer to sit at the intersection of our established platform engineering and an emerging AI layer. You'll extend and modernise our ASP.NET codebase while designing and shipping AI features and agents that are accurate, safe, measurable, and genuinely useful. In our domain - regulated financial services - accuracy, privacy, and auditability aren't afterthoughts. They're the job.
How You'll Work
Reporting into our engineering team, you'll work across:
- Platform Engineering - Building, enhancing, and modernising the ASP.NET (C# MVC) platform
- AI & Integration - Designing and shipping LLM-powered features and agents into production
- Third-Party Services - RESTful API integrations, webhooks, and external service connections
- Product & Support - Bridging engineering with real-world usage and user needs
