People Systems Advisor
Role Scope
The People Systems Advisor supports the effective use, optimisation and continuous improvement of ECMS' People systems, ensuring they deliver practical value to the People team and broader organisation. Working at the intersection of people, systems and data, this role focuses on how systems are experienced and used in day-to-day operations. The Advisor partners closely with the Head of People Services, the broader People team other key stakeholders to translate business needs into system improvements, support data accuracy and generate meaningful insights that inform decision-making.
The role maintains a working understanding of system configuration, workflows and integrations, enabling itto troubleshoot issues, support enhancements and act as a key liaison with external vendors and technical partners where deeper expertise is required.
With a strong improvement mindset, the People Systems Advisor identifies opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen adoption and enhance reporting, helping ensure people systems are intuitive, reliable and aligned with organisational needs.
This role contributes to disciplined system practices, including documentation, change coordination and data integrity, while building capability across the People team to confidently use and engage with systems.
