The Opportunity
We're looking for a sharp, switched-on Operations Coordinator to join our team in Geraldton, WA. In this hands-on role, you'll be at the heart of our operations - coordinating service delivery to a consistently high standard and keeping everything running like clockwork.

Responsibilities also include:
- Coordinating daily schedules to support customer requirements.
- Being the first point of contact for sub-contractors.
- Placing orders and handling other essential administrative duties.
About you:
Experience in transport or logistics is a plus - but we're happy to consider candidates from other sectors, as long as you're a quick learner, switched on, and have a strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Some basic bookkeeping/payroll experience or knowledge
- Ability to resolve problems effectively and efficiently
- Good computer skills, with experience in Excel
- Proven ability to stay agile in a fast-paced environment with conflicting deadlines
