We're growing our Architecture team and are seeking Architects, Senior Project Coordinators or Package Leads to support delivery across our expanding TMT and data centre portfolio.

The Opportunity

You will support the delivery of complex project packages across data centre and digital infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on documentation, coordination.

These positions are open to contract or permanent roles, based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

In these roles you will:

  • Support documentation and delivery across project packages
  • Develop and coordinate Revit models and documentation sets
  • Translate design intent into clear, buildable outcomes
  • Contribute to quality across detailing, documentation, and multi-disciplinary coordination
  • Work closely with engineers, specialists, consultants and internal teams to resolve interfaces
  • Support overall project coordination and delivery outcomes

These are hands-on technical delivery role, ideal for those who are confident working in complex, fast-paced projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Architect or experienced Architectural Coordinator or Package Lead with ~5-12 years' experience
  • Experience working on complex and/or technically focused projects (e.g. data centres, TMT, infrastructure or similar) or passion to do so
  • Strong experience in technical documentation and project coordination
  • Proficiency in Revit, with confidence contributing to documentation sets
  • Solid level of detailing and technical resolution
  • Experience coordinating across consultants and disciplines
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with a sense of ownership
