We're growing our Architecture team in NSW and are seeking a Senior Architect / Package Lead with strong expertise in building envelope, facade, and base build coordination to support delivery on major health projects.

You will lead the delivery of complex base build and building envelope packages, with a strong focus on technical documentation, coordination, and facade integration.

This role will play an important part in further strengthening our technical capability across shell, envelope, and facade documentation and coordination.

  • Develop and coordinate detailed Revit models and documentation sets
  • Translate design intent into clear, buildable outcomes
  • Drive quality across detailing, documentation, and consultant coordination
  • Work closely with consultants and internal teams to resolve interfaces
  • Contribute to programme and delivery performance

This is a hands-on technical role, ideal for someone highly confident in documentation, coordination, and Revit delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • Registered Architect or experienced Architectural Coordinator with ~8-12+ years' experience
  • Strong experience on complex health or large-scale projects
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex base-build / sell / facade packages
  • Proven experience in building envelope systems and coordination
  • Advanced Revit capability and confidence managing large documentation sets
  • High level of detailing proficiency and technical resolution
  • Experience coordinating across facade, structure and services interfaces
  • Experience working with digital tools eg. dRofus is highly advantageous
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, ownership mindset and collaborative approach

Why Join HDR?

  • Employee ownership model - share in the success you help create
  • Major project exposure - contribute to a high-impact health project
  • Collaborative culture - work alongside highly experienced leaders and technical experts
  • Real impact - contribute to projects that improve people's lives

Why Our Roles Are Different

This is more than just another role.

You'll be joining a team that is:

  • Actively growing across NSW, VIC & QLD!
  • Backed by a strong national & global business
  • Delivering high-impact, complex projects
  • Offering a genuine opportunity to shape direction and influence outcomes

At HDR, you're not just part of the team - you're part of the business. #LI-CG3
