Your Role

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to be the go-to problem solver and thought partner for our College and Professional revenue teams. You'll lead complex projects that drive our operational rhythm, improve sales efficiency and support our global go-to-market strategy for our sales and customer success teams in APAC.

As a Revenue Operations Associate, you'll:

  • Support Go-to-market strategy. Through sales operational efficiency initiatives, deal support management, change management projects, and fiscal year planning, you'll serve as the go-to person for how our go-to-market strategy is executed.
  • Optimize the sales cycle. You'll proactively identify bottlenecks in the customer life cycle and drive solutions that improve efficiency, ensuring our customer-facing teams have exactly what they need to succeed.
  • Drive operational excellence. You'll own the end-to-end execution of complex projects, to ensure non-standard deals move smoothly through the pipeline.
  • Partner across the business. You'll work closely with systems, enablement and data teams to interpret insights and design reporting outcomes that help us win.

For this role, we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in Sydney. But with our flexible work policy, there aren't any current requirements for the number of days you come to the office.

Must-Haves

  • Experienced. You have at least one year of experience in a revenue operations or sales operations role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • CRM proficient. You have designed process workflows in a CRM tool and have examples that illustrate the impact that made.
  • A collaborative partner. You're a dependable teammate who builds strong relationships with stakeholders and promotes an inclusive work environment.
  • Analytically minded. You have a knack for interpreting data and using it to identify trends, areas of improvement and actionable steps for the business.
  • Flexible. You're able to adapt quickly to short-term problems while staying focused on long-term strategic goals.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Salesforce savvy. Experience navigating Salesforce. CPQ, is a plus.
  • SaaS background. Familiarity with the unique challenges of a global B2B SaaS revenue engine will help you hit the ground running.

Our Role

  • Champion work-life harmony. We'll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time above any required statutory leave, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
  • Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you'll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
  • Encourage career growth. We're lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We'll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
  • Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you're at the office or working remotely, we'll provide you the tech you need to do your best work.
  • Support your wellbeing. Depending on location, we offer medical and retirement benefits for employees-but no matter where you're located, we have resources like our Employee Assistance Program and employee resource groups to support your mental health.
