Field Service Technician (Sydney, NSW)

This role is ideal for a technician seeking a fresh challenge that combines both mechanical and electrical expertise or willing to learn. You'll be based in Sydney, with travel across the metro area and occasional trips to regional locations.

What You Will Do

• Performing scheduled maintenance on operating room equipment.
• Assisting with Installing and commissioning of new equipment.
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out urgent repairs.
• Responding to emergency service calls
• Managing your Trunk stock and ensuring inventory is up to date.
• Providing top-tier customer service and technical support

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience in technical maintenance.
• At least 2 years of experience in fault diagnosis and repair, recommended.
• Understanding of data across fibre
• Ability to enter theatre while cases are running
• Strong understanding of computers
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• A valid driver's license.
• Police clearance and Working with Children Check.
• Willingness to travel to rural areas when needed.
