PROPERTY COORDINATOR - Hamilton Island Holiday Homes
Hamilton Island Holiday Homes is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Property Coordinator to join our growing team. Managing over 160 individually owned holiday homes ranging from one-bedroom apartments to luxury seven-bedroom residences, this role is responsible for ensuring all properties are maintained to exceptional presentation and operational standards for our guests and owners.

Your Role
As Property Coordinator, you'll oversee property presentation, conduct inspections, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance processes, and ensure every property meets Hamilton Island Holiday Homes' high standards before guest arrival.
Where you'll make an impact
- Conduct property audits, pre-arrival, and departure inspections
- Maintain detailed inspection records and generate reports
- Coordinate housekeeping and property presentation processes
- Communicate with Front Office regarding damages and missing items
- Work closely with Property Management, Maintenance, and Housekeeping teams
- Ensure pools, gardens, driveways, and common areas are well presented
- Identify and escalate maintenance or presentation concerns
- Support seamless guest experiences across the Holiday Homes portfolio
- Attend regular meetings with management to discuss operational updates
What we're looking for
You are a proactive and organised professional with exceptional attention to detail. You thrive in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple priorities, and take pride in delivering premium service standards.
To be successful, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an independent administration role (Essential)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Essential)
- Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate (Essential)
- Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information
